Quick access to train station & airport. Front desk arranged early morning airport cab. Room had fruit bowl for kids. Exceptional staff, helping after flight cancellation. Good breakfast, attentive waitress. Clean hotel. Close to Duomo & central station. Quiet, friendly staff. Outdated furniture, small room. Bonus of included breakfast with variety of croissants. Quiet location, ideal for university visitors.

Comfortable and spacious single room with a large bathroom. The room was clean and the receptionist, Fabio, was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with good transportation links. The breakfast was decent, although it could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay in Milan. The staff are friendly and attentive, going out of their way to provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but clean, with some even offering a balcony to enjoy the city views. Additionally, the hotel's location close to a tram line and on the outskirts of Milan makes it convenient for exploring the city.
Everything was alright, no improvements needed.
